CANCELLATION
No changes or cancellations to registrations will be accepted after 1 November 2026. Any cancellation made prior to that date will incur a 50% fee. All cancellations must be communicated to the Technical Secretariat. Refunds for cancelled services will be processed starting 15 February 2027.
