Dr. Amar Patel is Vice President, Chief of Radiology, and Chair of Prenuvo Medical Group, where he leads the global radiology organization and oversees clinical performance and care delivery across a multi-site imaging network. His work focuses on integrating whole-body MRI and advanced imaging into a proactive healthcare model aimed at earlier disease detection and longitudinal health management.
He has played a key role in developing standardized imaging pathways that combine advanced MRI, structured reporting and AI-enabled diagnostic tools to support consistent, actionable clinical interpretation. His work also explores how imaging and data can be integrated into preventive and personalized healthcare strategies.
Dr. Patel is dual board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Neuroradiology. He completed his residency at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University in St. Louis and a two-year fellowship in neuroradiology at Stanford University. Prior to joining Prenuvo, he held leadership positions at Northwestern Medicine and within radiology practices focused on clinical operations and technology implementation.
