Dr. Teresa Cabada Giadás is a renowned neuroradiologist and Head of the Neuroradiology Section at Complejo Hospitalario de Navarra (Pamplona). Her career combines extensive clinical work in neurovascular and central nervous system diagnosis with distinguished teaching, research and leadership activity in the specialty’s leading scientific societies.
She holds a degree in Medicine from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and a doctorate from Universidad del País Vasco. She trained as a specialist in Diagnostic Radiology at Hospital de La Princesa in Madrid and also holds the European Certificate in Neuroradiology. She has complemented her postgraduate training with placements at centers of excellence, including Hospital Vall d’Hebron in Barcelona and the National Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery at University College London Hospitals (United Kingdom).
In research and academia, she is a doctoral associate professor at Universidad Pública de Navarra (UPNA) and a clinical associate professor at Universidad de Navarra. She has participated as principal investigator and collaborator in more than ten funded projects, authored 42 national and international scientific publications, and contributed nearly 90 congress presentations. She has also held active institutional leadership roles as Deputy Secretary of the SENR Board, section editor of the journal Radiología, and chair of scientific committees at national SENR and SERAM congresses.
